Limited Warranty

Western Acoustics LLC warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers failures arising under normal use, including defects in transducers, crossover components, and enclosure construction.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage or wear from normal use

• Damage caused by improper setup, handling, or maintenance

• Damage resulting from excessive playback levels, moisture, impact, modification, fire, or theft

In the event of a covered defect, Western Acoustics will, at its discretion,

1. Provide replacement parts, tools, and instruction for user installation,

2. Repair the product at our facility, or

3. Replace the product with an equivalent unit.

The chosen remedy will be determined based on the nature of the failure and logistical considerations.

This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required.
